Near to the house there is the casita, which has a living room/kitchen, and a separate bedroom, which was not photographed as it is being used for storage. The bedroom has air conditioning. There is space to add a bathroom. Between the house and the casita there is a covered terrace. Next to the casita is a wooden building for storage. Across the front of the house is a large open terrace, with the swimming pool with Roman steps and underwater lighting, and also the jacuzzi. Next to the pool is a second barbecue. At the rear of the house is a further large terrace. The whole of the living area is fenced separately from the land, which is also fully fenced, and has parking space, electric entrance gate and a large building for animals. The land is mostly planted with olive trees, and palm trees line the driveway.

The property has water and electricity, and also has a tourism licence, having been used for holiday rentals last year. If you are buying to let for holidays, you will be able to take over the summer 2021 bookings if required.
