Anyone considering selling their house with BlueSky Homes definitely should; I have found Gervaise an extremely helpful person in particular. If you’re concerned about any paperwork you might need, I would recommend you talk it through with them beforehand as they have been extremely helpful and they will advise you on what you actually need, therefore potentially saving you a lot of a lot of money going to the lawyers. Although they may not be able to advise on everything, they certainly have guided me through a lot and have been a monumental help. After the Brexit, and in the time of pandemic, it is extremely hard to sell a property in Spain. Honest man, with integrity. Not the usual sentence associated with estate agents, but this is the best way I can describe Gervaise. If there's one thing that annoys me about Spain, it is the lack of punctuality. So after contacting Blue Sky Homes (Gervaise Terry) and arranging an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when he arrived on time. A good start! After taking a good look at our property (that we wished to sell) and taking numerous photos, he took time to explain the whole process to me in detail. The property appeared on their website promptly and we were kept informed of any progress regarding offers and viewings. The best bit though, is the fact that a sale was agreed within a relatively short time-frame, unlike a previously used inmobiliario where the property languished for literally years!
