If you’re concerned about any paperwork you might need, I would recommend you talk it through with them beforehand as they have been extremely helpful and they will advise you on what you actually need, therefore potentially saving you a lot of a lot of money going to the lawyers. Although they may not be able to advise on everything, they certainly have guided me through a lot and have been a monumental help. I have found Gervaise an extremely pleasant person to work with and I cannot recommend him enough.
